- A shift from 7oz plastic in-cup drinks to 9oz paper cups, supporting their sustainability agenda and eliminating unnecessary single-use plastic
- Smart Fridges installed at select sites, ensuring 24/7 access to fresh, healthy meals for shift workers
- Cold drink and snack vending using the latest models to expand grab-and-go options
- Robust SLA and KPI tracking via transparent reporting dashboards
- A collaborative rollout plan aligned with the customer’s operational needs, ensuring a smooth, phased implementation
The Results
The customer has now appointed Selecta as their trusted partner for unattended food and beverage retailing across the UK - and has already begun expanding into European sites, including Ireland.
